High Altitude Physiology

In this short course, we'll focus in on what happens when we travel to altitude. We'll talk about the factors we have to contend with in the environment and how that affects our physiology, as well as how we adapt after weeks, months, and years living at altitude.

Expected class time: Approximately 1.5 hours per class
